This blog has been created for the members of the Elmond and Delsa Wilson family as a way to remember and celebrate Grandpa, and also to keep us in touch with one another in the future. It is my hope that everyone will take advantage of this and share any thoughts or feelings you may have about Grandpa, any big events that are happening in your individual families, or anything else you feel inclined to add.

What a great experience!!! As funerals go I have never laughed so much, when everyone stood and pomp & circumstance was being played by a string quartet I cried as much as when my own daughters graduated from high school. Uncle Elmond is moving on to a higher level of learning. I feel fortunate to be part of this family, Delmond reminded me of the time I lived with them and went to school at Sherman elementary. I can not remember a time when I had a negative experience while in his home. What a great man, his influence will live on in all he came in contact with and this world is a better place because of Elmond Wilson. Bob Durfee
